Moore Blatch builds on legal success with Barratt Southampton

South Coast law firm Moore Blatch has reinforced its position as a leading player in the UK’s housebuilding market after being appointed to the panel for Barratt Southampton.

Moore Blatch has been awarded a new three year contract to act for Barratt Southampton following a comprehensive tender process.

The contract involves Moore Blatch providing a broad range of legal services to Barratt including land acquisition, plot sales, planning, litigation, health and safety and environmental matters.

Martin Duck, head of land development at Moore Blatch, said the appointment recognises the expertise and experience within the south coast firm, which provides a specialist service to housebuilders.
