Moore Blatch provides plenty of opportunities for progression for those who demonstrate skill and potential. We prefer to promote from within as it helps to develop a consistent, expert team better able to service our clients.

Managers are encouraged to help both fee earners and support staff with their career development. We want to make sure that our team members have access to the relevant experience, training and coaching they need to achieve their goals.
Fee Earners
Solicitors are encouraged to progress through the partnership structure. Our criteria for salaried and equity partnership are clearly set out in our career development policy and used to benchmark performance. We follow the progress of our fee earners closely and give support when necessary.
Support Staff
Moore Blatch support staff can also achieve senior positions in the firm such as roles as Team Managers, Supervisors and Leaders. Many of our staff have made the transition to fee earning and some have gone on to become solicitors or Fellows of the Institute of Legal Executives.
